Part of a sample collection during the 2010 World Basketball Festival, the Air Jordan 7 ‘Pantone generated enough heat that Nike released it to the public in the spring of 2017 as part of Jordans Summer 17 lineup. The ‘University Blue color is an homage to Jordans college days as a North Carolina Tarheel. Utilizing premium materials as part of Nikes ‘Remastered construction, the shoe features a monochromatic nubuck upper and traditional Air Jordan 7 branding elements on the tongue, ankle, and heel. Also included in Jordans Summer 2017 lineup are the Air Jordan 11 Low ‘University Blue, Air Jordan 7 ‘University Blue, Air Jordan 13 Low ‘Brave Blue, Air Jordan 5 Premium, Air Jordan 1 High Decon in both pink and blue colorways, Air Jordan 13 Low ‘Chutney, and the Air Jordan 11 Low ‘Barons.
